By using the Kunava platform and its services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the platform.

2 Account & Registration

To use certain platform services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities conducted through your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during registration

3 Digital Products & Licenses

All products offered on the platform are digital assets (animated effects, gifts, frames, etc.). Upon purchase:

• You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal use license
• You may not resell or distribute products without written permission
• You may download the product in multiple formats after purchase

4 Points & Top-Up System

The platform operates with a points system as internal currency for purchasing products:

• Points can be topped up via available payment methods
• Points are non-refundable as cash after top-up
• Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice

5 Conversion & Editing Tools

The platform provides tools for editing and converting animation files. All conversions happen locally in your browser and no files are uploaded to our servers. We are not responsible for any data loss during conversion operations.

6 Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from the following actions:

• Attempting to hack or disrupt platform systems or servers
• Using automated programs (bots) to access the platform
• Violating intellectual property rights of any party

7 Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
