Clear and fair refund and return policy
1 General Policy
Since all our products are digital and delivered instantly via download, the refund policy is subject to specific conditions to ensure fairness for all parties.
Important notice: Digital products that have been successfully downloaded generally cannot be refunded, due to their non-returnable digital nature.
2 Eligible Refund Cases
You may request a refund of points or amount in the following cases:
- The product is defective or does not work properly and we could not fix the issue
- Points were deducted twice or incorrectly due to a technical error
- The delivered product fundamentally differs from the displayed description
- Top-up failed but the amount was charged from the payment method
3 Non-Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds cannot be requested in the following cases:
- The product was successfully downloaded and used
- Change of mind after purchase or no longer needing the product
- Technical issues on the user's end (incompatible device or browser)
4 Refund Request Steps
Follow these steps to submit a refund request:
Open a support ticket from the Help page, mentioning your order number and refund reason
Our support team will review your request within 24-48 business hours
If approved, points or amount will be returned to your account
5 Subscriptions & Plans
For paid subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Subscription fees for the remaining period are not refunded upon cancellation. You may continue to use the features until the period expires.
